The compostable and biodegradable nature of our products further reduces impact, while the STANDARD 100 label ensures that our fabric is free from harmful substances.
Our fabric is dyed using AVITERA® SE dyes, significantly reducing water, energy, and carbon dioxide emissions during the dyeing process. Additionally, our commitment extends to recyclable packaging, emphasizing our dedication to sustainable luxury with a minimal ecological footprint.
Our process
How
Our signature vegan silk at Mint Lab embodies a meticulous process rooted in sustainability. Spun from TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers, mint and pine, our wood pulp undergoes treatment in a closed-loop system. This innovative approach ensures that 99% of the water and solvent used in production are recovered and reused, extending the lifecycle of our resources and eliminating environmental waste.
Where
The eucalyptus fibers, sourced globally from FSC-certified forests, are grown through organic and sustainable farming practices. These fibers, fostered by photosynthesis, contribute to renewable sources.

Conserving Energy
AVITERA Reactive Dyes
Our fabric is dyed using AVITERA® SE dyes. These dyes significantly reduce water and energy consumption and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions during the dyeing and washing-off process. They improve productivity, reduce costs and deliver the highest level of light- and wet-fastness across the entire shade gamut and coloir spectrum. More importantly, they are free of para-chloro-aniline (PCA)* and other regulated chemicals.
