Returns

60-Night Sleep Trial

Your first full-priced bedding order includes our [60-Night Sleep Trial]. Try your sheets, duvet cover, or pillowcases for at least two weeks - wash them, sleep on them - and if they don't meet your expectations, return them for a full refund within 60 nights.

  • Applies to first bedding orders at full price only
  • Sale and promotional items are excluded
  • Sleep masks are excluded
  • Return shipping is free within Australia
Standard Returns

Items not eligible for the Sleep Trial can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in original packaging.

Exceptions

  • Sale and promotional items (including Black Friday) are final sale
  • Items marked as 'final sale'
  • E-gift cards are non-refundable

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@myntlab.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order for what you'd like instead.

Australian customers: We'll provide a return shipping label. The cost of the label ($9) will be deducted from your refund.

International customers: You'll need to arrange and pay for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
