How does the 60-Night Sleep Trial work?
You have 60 nights from the delivery date to try out our bedding at home. If you're not completely satisfied within this period, you can return it for a full refund. We recommend sleeping on the sheets for at least a few weeks to truly experience their comfort before making a decision.
Are all items eligible for the 60-Night Sleep Trial?
The trial covers your first purchase of each eligible bedding type: fitted sheets, flat sheets, sheet sets, duvet covers, pillowcases and bedding bundles. Promotional pricing and standard discount codes do not remove the trial unless the product is clearly marked Archive Sale or Final Sale. Sleep masks, accessories and repeat purchases of the same bedding type are excluded.
What if my bedding has been used or washed?
No problem! We encourage you to use and wash your bedding as you normally would. This trial is designed to let you experience the full Mynt Lab difference.
What if I don't like the feel of my bedding on the first try?
MyntFusion™ is a custom-developed fabric so may take awhile to adjust to. We recommend washing before use, as the fabric has been pressed prior to manufacturing which may impact the feel. This is completely normal. After one or two washes and a few nights of use, the fibres relax and the fabric softens into its signature silky, weightless feel. We recommend giving it at least two weeks before deciding if it's right for you.
Do international orders qualify for the 60-Night Sleep Trial?
Yes, international orders are eligible for the 60-Night Sleep Trial; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery fees are also non-refundable. To initiate a return, please email hello@myntlab.com.
Are discounted items included in the trial?
Yes. Eligible bedding purchased during a promotion or with a standard discount code remains covered. Only products clearly marked Archive Sale or Final Sale are excluded from the 60-Night Sleep Trial and change-of-mind returns. Your Australian Consumer Law rights still apply if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly described or not fit for purpose.
What if I’ve already purchased from Mynt Lab before?
The trial applies to your first purchase of each eligible bedding type. For example, if you have previously trialled a fitted sheet, a later fitted-sheet purchase is not covered, but your first duvet cover may still qualify.
Are sleep masks included in the 60-Night Sleep Trial?
No. Sleep masks and other accessories are not included in the 60-Night Sleep Trial. Unopened items may still qualify for a standard return within 30 days unless they are marked Archive Sale or Final Sale.
How do I start a return if I’m not satisfied?
Simply reach out to our customer support team at hello@myntlab.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process. We aim to make it as smooth as possible.
How will I receive my refund if I return items under the sleep trial?
Once we receive and inspect your return, an approved refund will be issued to your original payment method. It usually appears within 3-7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original delivery charges and international return shipping are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or the law requires otherwise.
