Our 60-Night Sleep Trial covers your first MyntFusion™ or MyntBalance™ bedding order, bought at full price, with our welcome offer, at a regular set price or with our standing bundle-and-save, including:

- Bedding bundles
Standard discount codes used outside sale periods are still covered. Repeat orders, sleep masks, accessories, items bought in an event sale and items in the Archive Sale, Final Sale and Clearance collections are not covered.

How does the 60-Night Sleep Trial work?
You have 60 nights from the delivery date to try out our bedding at home. If you're not completely satisfied within this period, you can return it for a refund. Return postage is free within Australia. We recommend sleeping on the sheets for at least two weeks before making a decision.
Are all items eligible for the 60-Night Sleep Trial?
The trial covers your first bedding order (sheet sets, duvet covers, pillowcases, fitted sheets and bundles) when bought at full price, with our welcome offer, at a regular set price or with our standing bundle-and-save. Repeat orders, sleep masks, and anything bought in an event sale or from the Archive Sale, Final Sale or Clearance collections are not covered. Standard discount codes used outside sale periods are still covered.
What if my bedding has been used or washed?
No problem! Use and wash your bedding as you normally would. Trial returns and exchanges do not need to be unwashed or in original packaging, but please send them back clean and complete, with every piece of the set plus any free gift. Washed and used is fine.
What if I don't like the feel of my bedding on the first try?
MyntFusion™ is a custom-developed fabric so may take awhile to adjust to. We recommend washing before use, as the fabric has been pressed prior to manufacturing which may impact the feel. This is completely normal. After one or two washes and a few nights of use, the fibres relax and the fabric softens into its signature silky, weightless feel. We recommend giving it at least two weeks before deciding if it's right for you.
Do international orders qualify for the 60-Night Sleep Trial?
Yes. International customers pay their own return postage, including during the trial, and original delivery fees, duties and taxes are not refunded. Email hello@myntlab.com to start a return.
Are discounted items included in the trial?
It depends on the discount. Full price, our welcome offer, regular set prices and bundle-and-save (and standard codes outside sales) keep the 60-night trial. Items bought in an event sale (Black Friday, Mother’s Day, EOFY, Boxing Day, flash and site-wide sales) have no trial, but can be returned within 30 days for store credit if unopened and unwashed (in Australia the $10 return label is taken from your credit; free gifts come back with the order). Archive Sale, Final Sale and Clearance items are final sale. Faulty items are always covered.
What if I’ve already purchased from Mynt Lab before?
The trial covers your first bedding order. If you have already bought bedding from us, later orders are not covered by the trial, but the 30-day return rules and our faulty-item cover still apply. The Sleep Trial is available once per customer and household.
Are sleep masks included in the 60-Night Sleep Trial?
No. Sleep masks and other accessories are not included in the 60-Night Sleep Trial. Unopened masks can be returned within 30 days (store credit if bought in a sale). Archive Sale, Final Sale and Clearance items are final sale. Faulty items are always covered.
How do I start a return if I’m not satisfied?
Simply reach out to our customer support team at hello@myntlab.com, and we’ll guide you through the return process. We aim to make it as smooth as possible. Once your return is approved, please post it within 14 days. Returns that arrive after this, or without approval, may not be accepted. Keep your proof of postage until your refund or credit is processed. We can't refund items lost in transit on change-of-mind returns. If you keep part of a set, the refund is the value of the pieces returned.
How will I receive my refund if I return items under the sleep trial?
Once your return arrives and is checked, we approve refunds within 3 business days. It usually appears in your account within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your bank. We do not charge a processing fee. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or wrong. Store credit is added to your Mynt Lab account under your order email and is used at checkout.
