Shipping policy
Shipping Overview
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.
Outside of sale periods, we aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24 hours. During busy periods (Black Friday, promotional events, new launches), dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Australia
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders
- Express Shipping: $15 AUD
Delivery timeframes:
- Standard: 2–8 business days
- Express: 1–3 business days
Delivery may take slightly longer for regional or remote areas.
New Zealand
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $300 NZD
- Standard Shipping: $9 NZD for orders under $300 NZD
- Express Shipping: $15 NZD
Delivery timeframes:
- Standard: 4–7 business days
- Express: 2–5 business days
International Shipping
We ship globally, with standard and express options available. Shipping prices and delivery estimates vary depending on destination and order weight and are calculated a at checkout.
Typical delivery timeframes:
- Standard: 5–14 business days
- Express: 3–8 business days
Please note these are estimates. Customs processing, local courier delays, and public holidays may affect final delivery times.
Signature on Delivery
All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you're not home, your courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may be subject to local import duties or taxes depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated below.
United States
For U.S. customers, all duties, taxes and tariffs are automatically calculated and paid at checkout. This means:
- Everything is prepaid upfront
- No surprise charges when your order arrives
- We handle all U.S. tariff charges on our end
Order Changes
Need to change your delivery address or update your order? Contact us as soon as possible at hello@myntlab.com. We can make changes to orders that haven't been dispatched yet. Once your order has shipped, we're unable to make changes.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve products before they're officially available.
When placing a pre-order:
- Your item will ship as soon as it arrives at our warehouse
- Estimated ship dates are displayed on the product page
- If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your order will ship together. We recommend placing two separate orders if you'd like your in-stock items sooner.
- You'll receive tracking as soon as your order has been dispatched
Lost, Delayed or Stalled Deliveries
Once your order has been shipped, we rely on the accuracy of the courier's tracking system. If your package is delayed, lost, or hasn't moved for several days, please contact us at hello@myntlab.com and we'll assist you in resolving the issue.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at hello@myntlab.com with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Returns & Redelivery
Uncollected, Refused or Returned Packages
If your order is returned to us because it wasn't collected, the delivery address was incorrect, or delivery was refused, you'll need to cover the cost of reshipping. Please contact us at hello@myntlab.com to arrange redelivery.
If your order is returned to us because delivery was refused (including refusal due to customs duties), a refund will only be processed once the package has been physically received back at our warehouse.
Please note that the refund amount will be the total product cost minus the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost charged by the carrier. As we are charged for shipping both ways, these costs are non-refundable.
Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind and wish to return an item, return shipping is at your own cost. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Please contact us before sending anything back.
Exchanges
For exchanges, you'll need to cover the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your item, we'll ship the replacement to you. Shipping fees will vary depending on your location and order value.
60-Night Sleep Trial Returns
If you're returning bedding under our 60-Night Sleep Trial, return shipping is free within Australia. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. See our 60-Night Sleep Trial page for full details.
