Refund policy

60-Night Sleep Trial

(First Full-Priced Order Only)

Your first bedding order (bedding bundle, sheet set, fitted sheet set, duvet cover, or pillowcases) purchased at full price includes our 60-Night Sleep Trial.

To be eligible:

  • It must be your first Mynt Lab bedding purchase
  • The item must be purchased at full price (not during a sale or marked as 'final sale'). Discount codes used outside of promotional periods are accepted.
  • The bedding must be used, washed, and tested for at least two weeks
  • The return request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery
  • Sleep masks are excluded from the trial

International customers can participate; however, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and duties/taxes are non-refundable.

Standard Returns

(30 Days - Unopened Items Only)

If your purchase is not eligible for the Sleep Trial, we offer returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition with original packaging.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unopened and in original condition with packaging
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds are processed once the item is received and inspected
  • Refunds typically return to your account within 3–5 business days

To start a return, contact hello@myntlab.com. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.


Sleep Masks

Sleep masks are excluded from the 60-Night Sleep Trial. Due to hygiene, we can only accept returns on sleep masks that are unopened and in original packaging within 30 days.


Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to submit a return request and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.

  • Exchanges are only available for items in original condition with original packaging
  • For Australian orders, we'll provide a return shipping label. The cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.
  • International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping
  • We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind

Bundles

If you purchased a bundle, you can return individual items from the bundle. You'll receive a refund for the items returned, based on their value within the bundle.


Sale & Promotional Period Purchases

(Including Black Friday/Cyber Weekend)

Items purchased during any sale or promotional period are considered final sale and are not eligible for:

  • Returns
  • Exchanges
  • Refunds
  • The 60-Night Sleep Trial

unless the item is faulty.

This includes:

  • Black Friday
  • Cyber Weekend
  • Storewide discount events
  • Flash sales
  • End-of-line products marked as final sale

Please choose carefully during sale periods.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@myntlab.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We'll replace or refund faulty items in line with Australian Consumer Law.


International Returns

International customers are welcome to return items, provided:

  • Items qualify under the 60-Night Sleep Trial or the 30-day return policy
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Duties and taxes paid at checkout are non-refundable

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Uncollected or Refused Packages

If your order is returned to us because it was uncollected, the delivery address was incorrect, or delivery was refused (including refusal due to customs duties), a refund will only be processed once the package has been physically received back at our warehouse.

Please note that the refund amount will be the total product cost minus the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost charged by the carrier. As we are charged for shipping both ways, these costs are non-refundable.

US Customers: All duties, taxes and tariffs paid at checkout are non-refundable, as these are paid directly to U.S. Customs. Refunds cover product cost only.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are approved within 72 hours
  • Refunds return to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (depending on your bank or payment provider)
  • Refunds cover product cost only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If 15 business days have passed after your approval notice and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at hello@myntlab.com.
