Mynt Lab began with a problem most people know too well: sleepless nights.
Founder Michelle spent years battling chronic insomnia, trying every supplement, sleep hack, and routine imaginable. Nothing worked. Then she discovered something surprising: the fabric she slept on was part of the problem.
Traditional bedding traps heat and moisture, disrupting the body's ability to regulate temperature overnight. Once Michelle switched to plant-based fibres, everything changed. She slept cooler, woke less often, and finally felt rested.
That discovery sparked a mission: to create bedding that actively supports better sleep, not just bedding that looks good.
From Touché to Mynt Lab
The brand originally launched as Touché, but after 18 months of research, testing, and customer feedback, it evolved into Mynt Lab.
The name reflects what we stand for:
- Mynt for the cooling freshness of our mint-infused fibres
- Lab for our commitment to science, testing, and continuous improvement
