Why did you rebrand?
After 2.5 years of operating as touché we rebranded to Mynt Lab to align with our vision for the future. After 18 months of development and customer feedback, we created an advanced plant-based fabric. This new identity sets us up for future growth, ensuring we can continue delivering top-quality, sustainable bedding to more people.

What are the main differences between the old fabric and the new fabric?
We previously used 100% eucalyptus fibres, which were beautiful but required careful care. Over 18 months we tested various methods and fibre blends to improve durability. Now, our MyntFusion™ fabric is silky, luxurious, and stays perfect even after 200 washes, making it much easier to care for.

What materials are used in Mynt Lab bedding?
Our products are crafted from a proprietary blend of TENCEL™ Lyocell and Naia™ cellulosic fibers, derived from sustainably sourced eucalyptus, pine, and infused with mint for a natural cooling effect.

Why eucalyptus and pine fibres?
We chose eucalyptus and pine fibres for their sustainable origins and luxurious feel, perfectly aligning with our commitment to eco-conscious practices and ultimate comfort. After extensive testing, we developed a specific blend that achieves an ideal balance of breathability, silky softness, and durability. This unique ratio ensures our bedding is not only cool and luxurious to the touch but also resilient enough to maintain its quality over time.

Why mint?
Our fabric is infused with natural menthol extracted from mint, harnessing its scientifically-proven cooling properties. This process involves micro-encapsulating menthol within the fibres, which allows it to release a gentle cooling effect when it comes into contact with the skin, without any noticeable scent. This innovation keeps the fabric refreshingly cool and enhances sleep comfort, especially for those who tend to overheat at night.

Does the fabric smell like mint, eucalyptus or pine?
Rest assured our unique blend of refreshing mint, silky eucalyptus and durable pine fibres has no scent. During processing, any natural aromas are carefully removed, ensuring a clean, fresh experience that enhances your sleep without any added fragrance.
Does the fabric feel like silk?
Our bedding looks and feels very much like silk, with a smooth, luxurious drape. However, unlike silk, it’s much more durable, entirely vegan, and cruelty-free.
Is the fabric hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our fabric is naturally hypoallergenic and free from harsh chemicals, making it ideal for sensitive skin.
Is the fabric safe for pets?
Yes, MyntFusion™ fabric is safe for pets. While eucalyptus can be toxic to animals in its natural form, the oil is removed during our processing, eliminating any risk. Our products are crafted from non-toxic, plant-based materials, providing a gentle, clean surface that’s safe for everyone in the household, including your furry friends.

Why is regulating body temperature important for sleep?
Regulating body temperature is key for sleep as your core temperature needs to crop to around 15-19°C. Cooling down boosts melatonin and lowers cortisol, helping you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
What if I don't sleep hot?
Our MyntFusion™ technology adapts to your body's needs. If you tend to feel cold, our bedding will help maintain a comfortable, balanced temperature without overheating.
Will your fitted sheets fit deep mattresses?
Yes! Our fitted sheets are designed with deep pockets to fit most mattresses, including thicker ones or those with mattress toppers. Depending on your bed size, the pockets range from 40-50cm deep, ensuring a snug and secure fit for deeper mattresses.
What are the benefits of choosing this over a traditional silk pillowcase?
MyntFusion™ pillowcases offer several advantages over traditional silk. They’re more durable and machine washable, making them easier to care for and longer-lasting. Plus, they’re naturally cooling, helping to regulate your body temperature throughout the night. Made entirely from plants, they are 100% plant-based, vegan, and cruelty-free.
Is the fabric suitable for every skin type?
Yes, our products are ideal for all skin types. The hypoallergenic and antibacterial properties make them especially beneficial for sensitive or acne-prone skin, helping to prevent breakouts and irritation.
Does the sleep mask block out all light?
Yes, our sleep mask is designed for total blackout. We have used a 3 layer padded design to create complete darkness for uninterrupted rest.
Is the sleep mask suitable for back sleepers?
Yes! The sleep mask is designed to be comfortable for all sleeping positions, including back sleepers. Its lightweight, non-bulky design and adjustable strap ensure a secure fit without adding pressure.
Sustainability & Ethical Practices
Where are the wood sources for the eucalyptus and pine fibres?
We only use certified fibres from TENCEL™ and Naia™. TENCEL™ is primarily derived from sustainably managed eucalyptus forests in Austria and Europe, while Naia™ sources wood pulp from responsibly managed forests in the U.S. and Brazil.

How sustainable is your production process?
We use a closed-loop production process that recycles 99% of water and solvents, minimising waste and reducing emissions. This eco-conscious system allows us to create premium fabrics with minimal environmental impact.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, all packaging is FSC-certified and plastic-free, made from recyclable materials to ensure it’s as eco-friendly as our products.
Where are your products made?
Our products begin their journey with sustainably sourced fibers. We source eucalyptus and pine wood from FSC- and PEFC-certified forests in Austria, the U.S., and Brazil. These raw materials are processed close to their sources to reduce transport emissions and environmental impact. Once processed, the fibres are shipped by sea to further minimise emissions, arriving at a mill near our manufacturing facility.
The final production steps are completed in our factory in China, which operates under strict ethical standards and is SEDEX-audited to ensure safe, fair working conditions and environmentally responsible practices.
Each product is designed in Melbourne, Australia, with a focus on combining luxury, sustainability, and durability.
Do you contribute to any environmental initiatives?
Yes, we are proud members of 1% for the Planet. This means we donate 1% of our annual revenue to environmental nonprofits dedicated to tackling critical challenges such as conservation, climate action, and sustainable development.
Product Care
How do I care for my items?
Our fabric is crafted for durability and easy care. It’s machine washable and dryer-safe, resisting pilling to ensure lasting luxury with minimal effort. For best results, follow these simple steps:
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
- Use mild detergents
- Tumble dry on low or hang to dry
- Iron on low if needed
- Avoid bleach and dry cleaning
Does the mint infusion wash out?
The cooling properties of the natural fibres are permanent, so they’ll never wash out. The mint infusion, added through microencapsulation technology, will stay effective for at least 18 months with regular use and care. After that, you may notice a slight reduction in the mint’s cooling enhancement, but the fabric will continue to perform beautifully. We’ve done extensive testing to ensure the fabric’s longevity, so you can enjoy its benefits for years.
Can I iron or tumble dry the bedding?
Yes, you can iron on a low setting if desired. Tumble drying on low is recommended for maintaining fabric quality.
Will the fabric hold up over time?
Absolutely. Durability was a key focus in developing our fabric, ensuring it remains easy to care for and resistant to pilling. Through extensive testing, our bedding has been shown to maintain its quality, softness, and cooling properties even after 200+ washes. This resilience means you can enjoy the luxurious feel and performance of your bedding for years to come, without worrying about wear or loss of quality.

What if I need a different sized duvet cover in the bundle?

Is delivery free within Australia?
Yes, we offer free standard delivery on all orders over $100 within Australia. For orders under $100, a delivery fee of $9 applies.
Do you ship worldwide?

Can I purchase your items anywhere else?
Currently, our products are exclusively available through our official website, ensuring the highest quality control and customer experience. Our bedding is crafted from a proprietary Mynt Lab blend that can’t be found anywhere else. For now, the only way to purchase authentic Mynt Lab products is directly through us.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link so you can monitor your delivery.
How does pre-ordering work?
Pre-ordering allows you to reserve our products before they’re officially available. When you place a pre-order, your item will be shipped as soon as it’s ready. We’ll keep you updated on the estimated shipping timeline and send tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Returns & Sleep Trial
What is your return policy?
Our 60-Night Sleep Trial covers the first purchase of any full-priced bedding item. Use and wash your bedding as usual for a full 60 nights, and if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. For more information, please see our Sleep Trial page.
Can I return items not covered by the 60-Night Sleep Trial.
Yes, any unopened and unused items that are not covered under the 60-Night Sleep Trial can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit or a refund.

Can I exchange an item?
Yes, if you’d like to exchange an unopened and unused item for a different size, colour, or product, please contact us at hello@myntlab.com. For change-of-mind exchanges, return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Are sale items eligible for return?
No, sale or discounted products are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they are faulty or defective. This does not apply to items discounted due to bundling, items on pre-order, and products purchased with a discount code outside of a special promotion period.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
We apologise if you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item. Please contact us at hello@myntlab.com with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return label and return instructions to resolve the issue promptly.
What is the 60-Night Sleep Trial?
The 60-Night Sleep Trial is available on your first purchase of regularly priced bedding items, such as sheet sets, duvet covers, pillowcases, fitted sheets, and bundles. Please note that secondary purchases, sleep masks, and items purchased on sale during promotional periods are not eligible for the trial. However, items purchased with standard discount codes or bundles offered outside of promotional sale periods are still eligible for the sleep trial.

Do international orders qualify for the 60-Night Sleep Trial?
Yes, international orders are eligible for the 60-Night Sleep Trial; however, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original delivery fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please email hello@myntlab.com.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued back to your original payment method, minus any original delivery and return postage costs, which are non-refundable.
What happens to returned products?
We never resell returned products that have handled or used. Instead, all returned Mynt Lab items are donated to local charities.
