Refund policy

Outside of our 60-night sleep trial, we offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@myntlab.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sleep Masks

Note: Sale items or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for returns, unless they are faulty or defective. Please reach out if you have questions about the eligibility of a specific item.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest way to do so is by returning the original item and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
