Returns
Our goal is for you to be delighted with your purchase. If you aren’t completely satisfied, we offer easy returns under the following conditions:
Your first purchase of our bedding products comes with a 60-Night Sleep Trial. Try your sheets, duvet covers, or pillowcases for up to 60 nights, and if they don’t meet your expectations, return them for a full refund.
- Items must be from your first purchase and not part of a final sale or promotional period.
- Return shipping is free within Australia; however, international customers are responsible for their return costs.
If your item doesn’t qualify for the 60-Night Sleep Trial, we accept returns on unused, unwashed, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Returns are eligible for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Exceptions
- Sale Items: Items purchased on sale, as part of a promotional period are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.
- Gift Cards: E-gift cards are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at hello@myntlab.com with your order number and reason for return.
We carefully inspect each order before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing hello@myntlab.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or incorrect item
Our team will review and arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving your return, and funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-4 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact us for assistance.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available within 30 days for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Contact us to begin an exchange process. Please note that exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
