Our fabric is custom-made in small batches, and production takes several months from start to finish. Because of this, we can’t restock individual items during the sale period.
Can I use discount codes during the Black Friday sale?
No. Discount codes or other promotional offers can’t be used during the Black Friday period, as the sale pricing is already heavily reduced.
Do I need a Black Friday discount code?
No - all prices shown on the website are already discounted.
Can I return items purchased during the Black Friday sale?
All discounted items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty.

Are shipping times affected during Black Friday?
During Black Friday, dispatch may take slightly longer than usual due to order volume.
We still aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days.
Once shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number via email.
Why are discounts different between sizes and colours?
Discounts vary between products, sizes, and colours.
This is based on a number of factors including inventory levels, production costs, and upcoming discontinuations.

Can I change order/shipping address?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to edit an order once it has been placed during Black Friday. Orders begin processing immediately.

We offer free standard shipping thresholds depending on your location:

Why mint?
Our fabric is infused with natural menthol extracted from mint, harnessing its scientifically-proven cooling properties. Does the fabric smell like mint, eucalyptus or pine?
Rest assured our unique blend of refreshing mint, silky eucalyptus and durable pine fibres has no scent. During processing, any natural aromas are carefully removed, ensuring a clean, fresh experience that enhances your sleep without any added fragrance.
Does the fabric feel like silk?
Our bedding looks and feels very much like silk, with a smooth, luxurious drape. However, unlike silk, it’s much more durable, entirely vegan, and cruelty-free.
Is the fabric hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, our fabric is naturally hypoallergenic and free from harsh chemicals, making it ideal for sensitive skin.
Is the fabric safe for pets?
Yes, MyntFusion™ fabric is safe for pets. While eucalyptus can be toxic to animals in its natural form, the oil is removed during our processing, eliminating any risk. Our products are crafted from non-toxic, plant-based materials, providing a gentle, clean surface that’s safe for everyone in the household, including your furry friends.

Why is regulating body temperature important for sleep?
Regulating body temperature is key for sleep as your core temperature needs to crop to around 15-19°C. Cooling down boosts melatonin and lowers cortisol, helping you fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.

Will your fitted sheets fit deep mattresses?
Yes! Our fitted sheets are designed with deep pockets to fit most mattresses, including thicker ones or those with mattress toppers. Depending on your bed size, the pockets range from 40-50cm deep, ensuring a snug and secure fit for deeper mattresses.
What are the benefits of choosing this over a traditional silk pillowcase?
MyntFusion™ pillowcases offer several advantages over traditional silk. They’re more durable and machine washable, making them easier to care for and longer-lasting. Is the fabric suitable for every skin type?

Does the sleep mask block out all light?
Yes, our sleep mask is designed for total blackout. We have used a 3 layer padded design to create complete darkness for uninterrupted rest.
Is the sleep mask suitable for back sleepers?
Yes! The sleep mask is designed to be comfortable for all sleeping positions, including back sleepers. Its lightweight, non-bulky design and adjustable strap ensure a secure fit without adding pressure.

Where are the wood sources for the eucalyptus and pine fibres?
We only use certified fibres from TENCEL™ and Naia™. TENCEL™ is primarily derived from sustainably managed eucalyptus forests in Austria and Europe, while Naia™ sources wood pulp from responsibly managed forests in the U.S. and Brazil.

How sustainable is your production process?
We use a closed-loop production process that recycles 99% of water and solvents, minimising waste and reducing emissions. This eco-conscious system allows us to create premium fabrics with minimal environmental impact.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes, all packaging is FSC-certified and plastic-free, made from recyclable materials to ensure it’s as eco-friendly as our products.
Where are your products made?
Our products begin their journey with sustainably sourced fibers. We source eucalyptus and pine wood from FSC- and PEFC-certified forests in Austria, the U.S., and Brazil. These raw materials are processed close to their sources to reduce transport emissions and environmental impact. Once processed, the fibres are shipped by sea to further minimise emissions, arriving at a mill near our manufacturing facility.
The final production steps are completed in our factory in China, which operates under strict ethical standards and is SEDEX-audited to ensure safe, fair working conditions and environmentally responsible practices.
Each product is designed in Melbourne, Australia, with a focus on combining luxury, sustainability, and durability.

How do I care for my items?
Our fabric is crafted for durability and easy care. It’s machine washable and dryer-safe, resisting pilling to ensure lasting luxury with minimal effort. For best results, follow these simple steps:
- Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
- Use mild detergents
- Tumble dry on low or hang to dry
- Iron on low if needed
- Avoid bleach and dry cleaning
Does the mint infusion wash out?
Our fabric is designed to last — the cooling properties of the natural fibres are permanent and won’t wash out. The mint infusion is designed to hold up beautifully with regular use and care, and the fabric stays soft, breathable, and comfortable wash after wash. We’ve tested it extensively to make sure it performs for years to come.
Can I iron or tumble dry the bedding?
Yes, you can iron on a low setting if desired. Tumble drying on low is recommended for maintaining fabric quality.
Will the fabric hold up over time?
Absolutely. Durability was a key focus in developing our fabric, ensuring it remains easy to care for and resistant to pilling. Through extensive testing, our bedding has been shown to maintain its quality, softness, and cooling properties even after 200+ washes. This resilience means you can enjoy the luxurious feel and performance of your bedding for years to come, without worrying about wear or loss of quality.
Orders & Shipping
Is delivery free within Australia?
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $300.
For orders under $300, a small flat fee of $9 applies.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs and delivery timeframes vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that international customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost (outside of the US).
Can I purchase your items anywhere else?
At this time, Mynt Lab products are exclusively available through our official website.
Can I track my order?
Yes - once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
If your order contains a pre-order item, everything will be shipped together once the pre-order item arrives.
How does pre-ordering work?
When you place a pre-order, you reserve an item that is not yet in stock.
The estimated shipping timeframe will be shown on the product page.

What if my parcel is delayed?
Shipping timeframes are estimates and can occasionally be impacted by courier delays. Once your parcel has been shipped, delivery times are unfortunately outside of our control.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe + 5 extra business days, please contact us and we’ll assist.
What if my parcel is lost in transit?
If your parcel appears lost or stops moving, please contact us. We’ll lodge an investigation with the courier and help resolve the issue.
Please allow up to 10 business days for courier investigations.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately via live chat or email hello@myntlab.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address.
If the order has already been dispatched, we may be unable to redirect it. Parcels returned to us due to an incorrect address can be re-shipped at the customer's expense.
