- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $300 NZD
- Standard Shipping: $9 NZD for orders under $300 NZD
- We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout.
- International orders may be subject to local duties or taxes. For US customers, all duties and tariffs are prepaid at checkout - no surprise fees on arrival.
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (outside of sale periods). You'll receive tracking via email once shipped.

Returns
Your first full-priced bedding order includes our [60-Night Sleep Trial]. Try your sheets, duvet cover, or pillowcases for at least two weeks - wash them, sleep on them - and if they don't meet your expectations, return them for a full refund within 60 nights.
- Applies to first bedding orders at full price only
- Sale and promotional items are excluded
- Sleep masks are excluded
- Return shipping is free within Australia
Items not eligible for the Sleep Trial can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in original packaging.
Exceptions
- Sale and promotional items (including Black Friday) are final sale
- Items marked as 'final sale'
- E-gift cards are non-refundable

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@myntlab.com with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it and place a new order for what you'd like instead.
Australian customers: We'll provide a return shipping label. The cost of the label ($9) will be deducted from your refund.
International customers: You'll need to arrange and pay for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

If your order is returned to us because it was uncollected, the delivery address was incorrect, or delivery was refused (including refusal due to customs duties), a refund will only be processed once the package has been physically received back at our warehouse.
Please note that the refund amount will be the total product cost minus the original shipping fee and the return shipping cost charged by the carrier. As we are charged for shipping both ways, these costs are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving your return and typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
