Black Friday Sale – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made during the Mynt Lab Black Friday Sale (“Black Friday Sale”). By participating in this event, you agree to the following conditions.
Our Black Friday Sale begins on 18th November 2025 at 7:00pm AEDT.
Discounts vary by product, colour, size, and variant.
Even within the same product (e.g., White Sheet Set), different sizes may have different discount levels.
Discount rates are determined by several factors including inventory levels, margins, and current availability.
Please refer to each variant for the exact discount applied to that item.
Prices during the Black Friday Sale are final and cannot be adjusted after checkout.
All discounted items purchased during the Black Friday Sale are final sale.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or the 60-Night Sleep Trial unless the item is faulty.
Please ensure you select your correct size and colour before completing checkout.
Due to the high order volume:
Orders cannot be changed, edited, or cancelled once placed.
This includes updates to:
- Colour or size changes
- Product swaps
- Adding or removing items
- Changing payment methods
Please double-check your cart before completing your purchase.
- All orders are dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse.
- We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, but dispatch times may be longer than usual during the Black Friday period.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
- Shipping times vary depending on your location (see our Shipping Policy for full region-by-region details).
Free standard shipping applies to:
Australian & NZD orders over $300 AUD
Orders below this threshold incur a small delivery fee based on location.
If a Gift With Purchase offer is running:
- GWP items are available only while stocks last.
- They are automatically added to eligible carts.
- GWP items cannot be exchanged, returned, or redeemed for cash.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty:
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery at hello@myntlab.com
Please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos/videos of the fault
We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
The 60-Night Sleep Trial does not apply to:
- Any discounted Black Friday purchases
- Sale items
- Gift-with-purchase items
- Sleep masks (always excluded)
The Sleep Trial is only available on first-time full-priced bedding orders.
- International customers are welcome to participate in the Black Friday Sale.
- All international shipping fees & return postage (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Local customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country.
- For U.S. customers, all duties & tariffs are prepaid at checkout.
